When will you be in my area?: When we enter a new market we want to make sure that there are enough vendors so that everyone can benefit. Sometimes that means we have to wait a little longer to "turn on" the city. You can use the following link to see how close we are to "turning on" your city. And feel free to nominate some of your favorite vendors as well.
Why is there a business that's listed in another city, but not in mine?: This is probably because the businesses are owned by two different people, as in the case of a franchise. One of the owners has decided to offer a better buying experience through Big Lobby, and the other has not done so yet. If you tell us which one you'd like, we'll see what we can do.
How is my information used? What information is shared with vendors?: Your information is used to help the vendor provide a Better Buying Experience. As an example, we give them your name, so they can address you by it. They'll know what deals you've done and even your birthday so they can reward you for your loyalty. However, we do not, and will not, ever share private information, such as your email address.
How much does Big Lobby cost?: $0. The only time you will pay Big Lobby is when you purchase a Big Deal. The vendors offer such a large discount that your $5 payment is just a small sign of commitment so vendors know their just not putting the deal out there to anyone.

Where can I get a card?: Once your city is turned on, which happens when there are enough local vendors in the Big Lobby Community to make it valuable, then we send out cards to everybody who has requested one. You can also get cards from any local vendor that's offering Rewards through Big Lobby.
Does the card have to be registered to use it?: No, an unregistered card can be used to redeem Community Deals only, but there will be vendors and deals you won't have access to. It's kind of like digging a hole with a spoon when you also have a shovel.
Can I use my card outside of my city?: Yes! You can use your card in any city that is active. That being said, not every deal is available to every member. Some deals are limited to people who live or work within a certain distance from a vendor. The easiest way to find out which deals are available to you is to login and search by the city you are going to. Any deals you can see, you can use.
I lost my card. What should I do?: Let us know and we would be happy to send you a replacement card with a new membership ID number. All your information and Deals will be transferred to the new card and the old one will be deactivated.

Why should I join rewards programs?: Vendors want to show you that they appreciate your loyalty and the rewards program is how they do that. Vendors who offer a Rewards Program will be able to select which of the following they would like to include: Welcome Reward (when you join), Birthday Rewards (for your B-day), Punch Card (one punch with every redemption), and referral deals (for hooking up your friends).
How do I join a rewards program?: First make sure your desired vendor participates in the Big Lobby rewards program. If they do, you can sign up online or by swiping your card at the place. If they don't participate in a Big Lobby rewards program, ask them if they would like to, or suggest it to us.
Is there a limit to the number of rewards programs I can join?: Officially no, but you should not join rewards programs for places you don't go since they will not add any value to you. You also don't want to crowd your "My Stuff" sections
How do the rewards programs work?: After you join a vendor's rewards program, Big Lobby will automatically track the points you receive and will notify you when you have earned a reward. At any point in time, you will be able to see exactly where you stand with all your programs.

How do I get a deal?: The general rule of thumb is that the more savings the deal has, the more is asked of the customer. So, for the community deal and weekly special, you just show your card, although we suggest that you "Like" your favorites so vendors know what you want. For Short Supply Deals you "Reserve" one for yourself, and you purchase Big Deals.
How do I use a deal?: It's easy, just show your card. If the vendor has an impact program, you'll be able to swipe your card and choose the deal you want to use.
What is your refund policy for Big Deals?: Full. If you are unhappy with a Big Deal purchase for any reason, please let us know. First, we'll try to resolve the problem. If we cannot, we will gladly refund your purchase.
Why can't I see the same Deals my friends can?: Where you live and work can determine which Deals you might be offered. Vendors don't always make all Deals available to all cardholders.
